We are your factory——2023 Carspa team Europe bussiness trip

Four years later, the CARSPA team is once again visiting customers. From March 25th to April 8th, we traveled through 8 countries in 14 days, Finland, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, with an average daily driving of 486 kilometers. This article is about the our story of the visit.

Before this visit, we made different plans for each customer, including new products, research and development products, problems in cooperation and so on. We aim to have in-depth communication with customers during the visit and provide better service for future cooperation. In addition, we also prepared the "C" five-star outstanding partner trophy, which symbolizes the core values of carspa. "C" means "carspa, customer, creative, competitive", indicating that our carspa team continues to focus on customers and constantly provide customers with creative and competitive solutions. Of course, some customers interpret "C" means cash. A company that cannot help customers earn cash is not a good company.

During the visit, we showed our new products and future prospects to our customers. This year, our new products include inverter with more power range, energy storage system, PV combiner box, new MPPT controller with apple design, small current charger, battery monitor and so on. The products in development are portable solar system, DC to DC charger with MPPT, inverter with bluetooth function, battery monitor with bluetooth function and so on. Many customers are interested in our new products and in development, and provide us with a lot of information to improve the product. Our relationship with our customers is not only a business relationship, but also a teacher-student relationship. Partners have put forward a lot of suggestions for our products to make them more perfect.

In addition, we are also friends with our partner, who are very hospitable to us. Before our arrival, they prepared the fruit plate and dessert well in advance, and invited us to dinner. There is an outstanding partner who has cooperated with us for many years. Every time we visit, she will give us gifts with carspa logo. Last time it was the door plate, and this time it is the light plate that can change the bright color. We were very moved. One of our new partner even provided each of us with local Czech beer, cookies, travel brochures, and printed hotel information. Because of these partners, our tiring journey is very heartwarming.
