How to install 5kva hybrid solar inverter system?

！ The installation 5kva solar inverter of inverter power supply must be carried out by technicians with certain electrical theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

◎Installation

(1) Open the packing box and check whether the accessories are complete.

(2) Select a ventilated and clean installation environment. It is easy to lead to the internal obstacles of the circuit if the environment is too wet or dusty;

(3) Confirm that the output voltage of the DC power supply and/or the voltage of the battery are consistent with the DC input voltage required by the inverter power supply;

(4) Confirm the positive and negative polarity of the power supply. The high potential is positive and the low potential is negative (for example, the 0V end of the - 48VDC power supply is positive and the - 48V end is negative);

(5) Connect the positive pole to the positive terminal ("DC+") marked with "DC input" on the panel of the inverter power supply, and connect the negative pole to the negative terminal ("DC -"). Ensure reliable connection;

(6) Connect the mains power input to the through-type black terminal marked "AC input" on the front panel of the inverter power supply, distinguish the live line L and the zero line N, and connect the ground wire to the ground wire screw in front.

(Note: AC input line must be grounded! It is forbidden to share zero line between AC input and AC output!);

(7) Connect the load input line to the through-type black terminal marked "AC output" on the front panel of the chassis. Please distinguish between the live line L and the zero line N, and connect the ground wire to the front ground wire screw.

◎Power on

(1) Confirm that the DC input and AC output of the power supply are connected correctly and reliably;

(2) Close the battery input switch, press the self-locking switch of power on/off, and the display will light up without fault alarm

If the parameters are normal, the inverter will work stably in the mains power or inverter state (mains power supply is stable in the mains power output, and battery main power supply is stable in the inverter output). This process takes about 10 seconds, during which the LED indicator lights up from top to bottom and cycles twice.

◎Shut down (turn off the load first, then turn off the inverter power!)
